The Forest
Living space, economic region, regeneration area, and water protection area
The forest is still regarded as the greatest asset of the Black Forest. The old forest industry, rafters, charcoalers or loggers have left their traces on the landscape. Today, mixed forests of coniferous trees dominate the Black Forest, in which also more and more deciduous trees grow.
The Forest
... is a special being, of quality and unlimited affection, which makes no demands and passes on generously the products of its work, offers all creatures and even provides protection and shade to the loggers, who destroy it according to Buddha, (560 - 480 BC)
