1. When a room or apartment is ordered or been accepted or has been made available on short notice, then a Gastaufnahmevertrag (contract for accommodation) has been accomplished. We recommend the use of written reservation confirmations for both guest and host.

2. The conclusion of the Gastaufnahmevertrages (contract for accommodation) cotracts both partners to fulfill their commitments for the whole period of the contract:

• The host's commitment is to reserve and to keep the room ready for the guests.
• The commitment of the lodger is to come up for the rent of the room for the entire reservation period. A one-sided withdrawal from the contract is not possible!

3. Should the host not keep the room ready for the guest, then the host has to come up for the damages caused to the guest.

4. The lodger is commited to come up for the costs should he not claim the articles of the contract, minus the saved costs of the host's expenditures. In experience, these saved expenditures amount to 20 % when having booked overnight with breakfast, 30 % when half-board and 40 % when having booked full-board from the agreed prices.

5. The host has to show good faith in trying to re-rent unclaimed rooms, in order to keep the damages caused as low as possible. Should the host not be able to re-rent the room, then the guest has to come up for the damages caused (see point 4).

All specified informations regarding room-specifications, prices and availabilities are based upon the informations given by the hosts. Completeness, accuracy of statement, written mistakes are all without engagement. The Baiersbronn Touristik plays only the role of an agent within the accomodations-contract. The accomodations-contract is concluded between guest and host.
