How do you apply a cure?

Simple: just ask your personal doctor. He'll fill out your corresponding cure application forms, and you have to send them to your health insurance company. It may be possible that the insurance company, which is overtaking the costs, will request a judgement through a medical service, and then decide, wheteher to grant you a "open cure" or not.
